Ask about certification early
Saudi Arabia may require SASO/SABER certification for imported equipment. Confirm before buying whether the model can be certified, and factor the certification time into your plan.
Request a CIF quote
Ask for CIF Jeddah or Dammam, with machine price, sea freight and documents listed separately. Larger excavators ship by flat rack or break bulk.
Inspection is the baseline
Cold-start video, hydraulic movement, undercarriage photos and nameplate — none are optional. Verify the machine before any deposit.
